Salter Property is a Devon based development & investment company run by Peter, Gary & Luke Salter.

As a privately owned family business we have a forward thinking and dynamic approach to our projects. We believe in doing things the right way and that reputation as a reliable and personal company is paramount.

SP has two main areas of business:

  • We are constantly looking for new opportunities.

    These can be anything from buildings with conversion potential, green/brownfield land for sale or working with a landowner to promote their land for housing.

    We take pride in our thorough approach to planning, using experienced consultants and maintaining good working relationships with Local Authorities.

  • Our portfolio of rental properties form the stable base of our business.

    This alternative income stream supports our development cashflows and allows us to be particularly selective when taking on new projects.

    We are continuously looking to expand this element of the business. Primarily we look at existing residential investments with upside opportunities or buildings that have possibility of residential conversion.
