SP achieved Outline Planning permission for up to 93 dwellings in August 2022. The site was successfully appealed at a Public Inquiry.

It is situated on the northern edge of Exeter, with unique views down the Exe Estuary and also over to Dartmoor. As part of the development, it will create a new Valley Park area which will allow public enjoyment of these views and use of the land in perpetuity.

Ultimately, we believe this will become an incredible place for families to live.
